Education methods focus on building mental, emotional, spiritual, and economic capabilities and rejecting violence and extremism. The curriculum aims to teach youth entrepreneurship skills - financial skills - life skills, personal characteristics, and rejection of violence and extremism. Young people can overcome the trauma of war and violence and help them discover opportunities for growth
In Iraq, boys and girls challenge the present of war and sectarian violence reflected in their reality. They have been deprived of the good educational opportunities and sense of security enjoyed by their peers in different parts of the world. Their lives have been affected by the traumas of war and violence that have affected their psychological and mental health, their ability to thrive, and their economic opportunities. This project will help more than 5,000 affected youth cope
The project will establish a rehabilitation and education center for affected youth. Education will be in an interactive manner focusing on building mental, emotional, spiritual, economic, non-violence and peace capacities, and the courses will teach them leadership skills, financial and peace skills, life skills, and personal traits that will develop their ability to overcome the traumas of war, violence and extremism, as well as help them discover the opportunities they have.
The project will educate more than 5,000 affected youth, allowing them to escape poverty and overcome radicalization due to trauma and lack of educational opportunities even in the most stable economic, social and family environments. Adolescence is characterized by emotional and psychological instability, as young people need care, support, education and guidance to be able to set out in life on their own and work on their success and prosperity, relying on the tools with which they have been equipped.
