Who is the Bothoor ALkhaer Organization?

Bothoor ALkhaer Organization for Relief and Development is a development organization. A non-profit relief organization officially registered in Iraq. Founded in 2004 in Iraq, the Bothoor Alkhayr Organization seeks to support development, relief and basic services projects that meet the daily life needs of Iraqis so that they have long-term effects. Bothoor Alkhayr aspires to support Iraqis inside Iraq, and this is done in coordination with government agencies and charitable organizations. Bothoor Alkhayr works to employ the required funding grants provided by international community organizations for development and relief projects inside Iraq through the presence of highly qualified cadres with experience in the humanitarian field. It also has an integrated infrastructure for administrative, financial and technical systems based on international standards. The Bothoor Alkhayr Organization for Relief and Development includes three offices distributed within Iraq, while the main office is in Diyala

We, in the Bothoor ALkhaer Organization for Relief and Development, chose to keep the process of sustainable development in mind and help build the Iraqi individual not only through his food security and livelihoods, but also through his empowerment at various levels. Our programs were diverse, addressing today’s problems while trying to find sustainable solutions for tomorrow. In order to protect and strengthen the bonds of trust between Iraqis and their institutions, our vision and circles of influence revolve around strengthening our partnerships with organizations working on the Iraqi issue. Through these partnerships, we work to provide more effective services to Iraqis. We aim to provide them with the necessary skills and resources and develop them. By working to build the capabilities of its individuals and institutions, our enthusiasm increases in our belief that planting trees must produce a free and generous homeland.

Yousry Ammar

Yusra currently holds the position of Director of the Girls and Youth Support Department. She has long experience in humanitarian work and supporting girls and women, and has many programs in her field of work. She holds a bachelor’s degree in pathological analyzes in Iraq. Our vision and circles of influence are centered on strengthening our partnerships with organizations working in the Iraqi issue, and we are working Through these partnerships to provide more effective services to Iraqis, we aim to provide them with the necessary skills and resources and develop them. We remain hopeful that we will reach the Iraq that we all aspire to by working to build the capabilities of its individuals and institutions

Dr.. Rafie Al-Saeed

Currently running. A member of the Board of Directors, he also works as a food security analyst and strategic advisor. Before joining Bothoor ALkhaer, Rafi held the position of Director General of Social Security and Director of Social Welfare and participated in a lot of research and studies. He obtained a bachelor’s degree and an Iraqi university degree. Rafi has applied his acumen to various humanitarian initiatives. In particular, he dedicated his efforts to supporting humanitarian work in Iraq and throughout Iraq

Member of the organization's board of directors. She also works as a program and project analyst and strategic consultant. Before joining Bothoor ALkhaer, she participated in a lot of research and studies, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in engineering and an Iraqi university degree. Hanan applied her acumen to various humanitarian initiatives. In particular, she devoted her efforts to supporting the displaced, widows, and orphans in Iraq

Ghofran Hamza

Member of the Board of Directors at Bothoor ALkhaer, works as a strategic advisor to Bothoor ALkhaer. Ghofran has worked as an Iraqi human rights activist and has worked as a women's rights advocate. He studied with a bachelor's degree at the University of Diyala. Muhammad has more than 10 years of experience, obtaining a master's degree in 2010. Ghofran has applied his acumen to various humanitarian initiatives. In particular, he devoted his efforts to supporting the displaced, widows, orphans, and girls in Iraq

Sondos Shah
member of the Board of Directors

He co-founded the Bothoor ALkhaer Organization for Relief and Development in Iraq, committed to empowering and enhancing lives through charitable work and business. Sondos has more than 10 years of experience as a women and children’s program manager and project manager who owns several companies specialized in diverse fields from rural women, women’s empowerment, construction to agriculture. , which produces environmentally friendly products in the agricultural industry.

A word from the Bothoor Alkhayr team

At Bothoor ALkhaer, we believe that we make a difference together. Here is the seed of the idea and its birth in focusing on alleviating the suffering of Iraqis and searching for their strengths to enable and enhance them through programs and projects that we have worked on since our founding, such as programs for child protection, women’s empowerment, enhancing food security, livelihoods, protection, shelter, and human rights. The efforts of Bothoor Alkhayr were focused on the development, relief and infrastructure rehabilitation sector. They also made the white hands strive to reach those in need, and worked to develop the idea of hard work in order to achieve self-sufficiency and support family income for the beneficiaries, in addition to specific projects that ensure the return of the displaced to their homes. Thus, Bothoor Alkhayr gained the trust of Its partners and beneficiaries. At Bothoor ALkhaer , we seek to cover more affected areas and difficult-to-reach locations through our work team, equipped with knowledge and science, striving to activate civil society with all its pillars and components.

Objectives

Programs and projects are implemented through our offices in Iraq, and since the beginning of our work we have been keen to exert our utmost efforts to build the capacities of our cadres, especially those working in the feild and in direct contact with the beneficiaries. Policies and standard operating procedures

The program works within policies that have been developed according to the requirements of each sector. Each of these policies follows standard operating procedures that explain the work mechanism within the departments in detail, in addition to the roles and responsibilities assigned to those in charge within one department.

Needs assessment


The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Department leads the process of identifying the needs of the area in which the project will be implemented through individual interviews and focus group discussion sessions and cross-references with secondary data and official reports covering the target area.

This department works to monitor project outcomes and measure the extent of the impact they have achieved through preliminary and final evaluations of project implementation. It also ensures that the opinions, reactions, and complaints of project beneficiaries are received, and ensures that their needs are met. The precise drafting of projects

Program management identifies needs, starting with the main causes, then formulates the program in a way that allows these causes to be addressed.
