The Anti-Bribery Policy applies to all employees of the Bothoor Alkhayr Organization for Relief and Development and to all third parties working or representing on behalf of BAORD in any capacity including subcontractors, agents, brokers and business partners.
This means that anyone working for or on behalf of the Bothoor Alkhayr Relief and Development Organization (BAORD) must never request, accept or agree to receive, promise, offer or provide a bribe, facilitation or kickback payment or any other improper payment.

The Bothoor Alkhayr Organization for Relief and Development (BAORD) does not request, accept, or agree to receive, promise, offer, or give bribes. This prohibition applies to all employees. For transactions with foreign or local government officials or employees, or with any private company or person, whether in the conduct of domestic or international business. A facilitation payment is a small payment to a low-level public official, which is not formally required, to enable or expedite a process that it is the official's job to arrange. We also seek to ensure that our agents, sub-contractors and suppliers do not pay facilities on our behalf

. Unfair advantages to family or friends regarding training or employment opportunities (work experience, trainee positions, internships or permanent positions)

. Gifts, hospitality or entertainment
Giving and receiving modest gifts and hospitality out of courtesy is acceptable business practice provided that they are proportionate and are not expected or received as rewards to obtain or retain business or to create a commercial advantage. The value of the gift must not exceed $50
