Years after the official end of wars and conflicts lasting more than 6 years, violence remains widespread throughout Iraq, sexual assault on women and children continues to escalate, and more than a third of the population lacks access. For basic health care. Millions of men, women and children have been internally displaced as a result of the war, with the constant threat of violence. Our War-Affected Women Livelihoods Project supports these displaced populations in various ways. In the picture here, you can see displaced women in Mosul Governorate, Iraq.
